Jon Hasker
Mr. Jon Hasker is a Simulation Engineer in the Simulation and Modeling Group of Becht’s Mechanical Engineering Division. He has over 20 years of diverse simulation and pressure vessel experience, ranging from concept ideation through design, manufacturing, start-up, operation and repairs to decommissioning and disposal. He has worked in numerous industries, including nuclear, oil and gas, LNG, industrial gases and chemicals, mining, construction and infrastructure.
Mr. Hasker has focused his career on providing engineering and technical consulting services to organizations, continuous learning and improvement and has specialized in finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using mainly Ansys and Abaqus.
Mr. Hasker holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is also obtaining a Master in Numerical Simulation from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hasker resides in Nazareth, Pennsylvania with his wife, three kids and black lab.
