John Basil has over 30 years of experience in consulting engineering, design and construction management in a wide variety of heavy industries. As part of his management and leadership roles in engineering companies and the US Navy, he has organized technical and operations teams; developed project concepts and proposals; managed a wide variety of projects, client programs, alliances and Joint Ventures; and strengthened companies with internal training, work processes, and hands-on leadership.
