Steven Altstadt
Fellow, Interim High Temperature and Fracture Group Lead
| Steven has 20 years of experience focused on the strength and behavior of metals with a specialization in cracking, fatigue and fracture. His technical skills and experience range from high-end simulation to laboratory testing to site forensic investigation. Steven also presents seminars on advanced analysis, testing, inspection programs and metal failures.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and twenty-five other states. |
