 Becht Engineering is excited to be offering this new two-part course. The first one and a half days address the ASME B31.3 code with focus on the application of B31.3 to safety-related systems, such as Department of Energy facilities. The second day and a half addressess the evaluation of degraded conditions in tanks, vessels and piping, using API 579-1/ASME FFS-1, which is the state-of-the-art reference standard on fitness-for-service. This course addresses not only the code requirements, but their origin and technical basis.
