Arve B. Holt is a senior advisor with an extensive background in refinery/petrochemical operations, process safety management, energy conservation, and process instrumentation and control systems. A long-term Sunoco employee,he also managed his own consulting business and has been a HEA/Becht advisor for more than 10 years. Process Safety Management Coordinated and implemented OSHA 1910.119 PSM regulations for all Sunoco, Inc. refineries, bringing all processing units into OSHA mandated compliance on schedule. Introduced Computer Based Training and coordinated individual refinery implementation efforts, especially with regard to PSM. Created and implemented Process Safety Training Program for the personnel of a major engineering contractor.
