Equipment Reliability Plans – Middle East
A client was developing a $4 Billion refining clean-fuels, 16-unit expansion project in the Middle East.
Becht’s expert team facilitated the development of the equipment strategies for 650 fixed equipment tags and 100 piping circuits (5,800 line segments).
Becht’s multidisciplinary team worked with owner’s leads covering pressure vessels, exchangers, rotating equipment, instruments, HIPPS, electrical, compressors, and infrastructure to develop the ERPs.
Becht developed an effective, sustainable plan for the facility to achieve target onstream reliability for the most optimized cost of mitigation.
