Celebrating the Spirit of Giving: A Successful First Year for Becht’s Charitable Giving Program

As the holiday season inspires us to reflect on the joys of generosity and community, Becht is celebrating a successful inaugural year of our Charitable Giving program. This initiative, driven by employee feedback and led by our dedicated Employee Engagement Team, represents the spirit of collaboration and compassion that defines our culture.

Becht Charitable Giving empowers full-time employees to choose the charities that matter most to them, allowing participants to direct Becht’s support to causes close to their hearts. To keep the program simple and effective, contributions were made on employees’ behalf during two “months of giving” in July and November. Becht Charitable Giving supported a total of approximately 60 unique local and global organizations this year, ranging from food banks and education programs to animal shelters, environmental initiatives, and medical research.

The success of this program reflects the commitment of Becht employees to improving their communities. As we look to 2025, we’re excited to build on this strong foundation and continue making a difference together.
