Nataly Thompson Accepts New Nomination Coordinator Role
Given the recent, significant increase in requests received from Clients for capital project and turnaround support, we recently created a Nomination Coordinator position within Advisor Resources. Nataly Thompson has been moved into that new role, and will serve as the primary point of contact with Advisors to discuss your interest and availability for new opportunities, and to undertake the daunting task of developing the nomination packages distributed to our Clients. The objective is to ensure we have a dedicated resource to devote time and effort to each and every request, and to continue to provide timely responses to Clients.
You automatically will receive an e-mail when new opportunities are posted to the secure Advisor page on our website if you selected that option while creating your Advisor page login information. Depending upon the response received within the first 24 hours, Nataly also will reach out to Advisors on our roster who we believe have the experience and skills necessary to satisfy the requirements of the new opportunity. Nataly may initially contact potential candidates via e-mail, but quickly will follow-up with telephone calls and/or text messages in an effort to connect with the Advisors who contacted us via the Advisor page and those we’ve independently identified for the positions.
Nataly joined Becht Engineering in June 2012 as our Onboarding Coordinator. She and husband, Fabian, live in Humble, Texas, and welcomed their second daughter, Presley, to the family in October 2013.
