Matthew Wizeman, CPA
Matthew Wizeman has been a financial, accounting and administrative leader for over 30 years. As Vice President of Business Administration at Becht, Matthew is responsible for all areas of administration including finance, accounting, tax, HR, legal and internal systems. Matthew has built a very talented team to effectively handle this wide variety of responsibilities.
Before joining Becht, Matthew spent the early part of his career in public accounting and later became a Controller in the professional services sector for several years. Prior to joining Becht, Matthew was a CFO for 10 years in the logistics industry.
Matthew is a CPA and earned his MBA from the University of Florida and his BBA from Niagara University.
His personal passion has always been distance running. Matthew has run at the high school, college and competitive club levels and has run 7 marathons. As he got older, he started sharing his passion for running with younger people and has been coaching Cross Country and Track for the past eight years, where his Middle School teams have won 9 league championships (4 for the boys and 5 for the girls) and 6 State Titles (3 boys and 3 girls titles). In 2025, his girls placed 5th in the nation and his boys took 7th.
