Paulina Kruszewski
Paulina Kruszewski is a highly skilled Instructional Design and Development Engineer with a robust background in Chemical Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in the nuclear and petrochemical industries. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise and project management acumen, making her an asset in designing and delivering training programs that enhance both safety and operational efficiency.
Paulina holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University. Early in her career, she made significant contributions at PSEG Nuclear LLC – Salem Generating Station, where she managed critical Materials Reliability Programs focused on preventing Stress Corrosion Cracking and mitigating Thermal Fatigue. Her work ensured the long-term safety and operational integrity of the plant. In this role, Paulina coordinated multi-disciplinary teams, developed comprehensive asset management plans, and led an INPO Consolidated Event System (ICES) initiative that significantly improved the station’s performance.
Beyond her nuclear expertise, Paulina has applied her technical skills in the refining and chemical sectors. At PeopleCore Inc., she developed graphics-based training materials tailored to the specific needs of operators, ensuring the accurate transfer of technical knowledge in high-stakes environments. Her ability to analyze complex P&IDs and technical documents and translate them into effective training materials has consistently contributed to improved workforce competency and operational outcomes.
Paulina’s experience extends to project management, where she has successfully led and executed projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they met stringent deadlines and budget constraints. Her proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Adobe Suite enhances her ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
Bilingual in Polish and English, Paulina excels in multicultural environments, effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Her passion for continuous improvement and her commitment to operational excellence are evident in every project she undertakes, making her an indispensable part of any team.
