Dick Wesdorp
Dick Wesdorp is an experienced manager with broad experience in manufacturing in the downstream oil refining and chemicals businesses. He worked 37 years with Shell and 4 years as Director of Services Management with EPS Customer Solutions.
He has extensive experience in improvement opportunities identification, development, and implementation, as well as in setting up refinery management systems and certification thereof. He is also well-versed in stakeholder management, customer strategy development, and coaching of joined customer teams, business acquisition, contract management (of contracts up to about 25 million USD), support, and support delivery management with customers around the world.
He has achieved significant results in managing delivery of/support to long-term investment strategies, refinery investment projects, hydrocarbon margin and energy improvement studies, and general business improvement programs, as well as in managing ad-hoc day-to-day support to refineries and chemical facilities.
He obtained a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from Delft Technical University.
