Frank Masiello, PE
Mr. Masiello is an Instrumentation and Control Systems (I&CS) Engineer with more than 40 years of international experience with ExxonMobil and Becht. He has been the Lead ExxonMobil I&CS Design Engineer, Project Engineer, and Engineering Manager for numerous multi-million dollar projects involving conceptual planning, basic design (FEED), detailed engineering, construction, and in-plant start-up. He is a specialist in Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and High Integrity Protective System (HIPPS) design and implementation.
Frank has authored and served as an instructor for numerous I&CS training courses for ExxonMobil affiliates and associated companies, including Saudi Aramco. He was the developer of many I&CS Cost Estimating methods and tools for ExxonMobil capital projects.
Mr. Masiello has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of NYU (formerly the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn). He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey. He is conversationally fluent in Thai, reads and understands Latin, Italian, Spanish, and French, and understands some Japanese.
