Jered M. Watt is a senior leader with more than 20 years of experience in managing corporate accounts across the downstream, midstream, and upstream sectors. Throughout his career, he has built and sustained trusted relationships with senior executives, operational leaders, and technical teams both at the corporate and site levels enabling strong alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.
With broad expertise spanning refining, petrochemical, midstream, and upstream operations, Jered has successfully guided organizations in managing complex operational risks, including those associated with change management, excellence programs, feasibility and project execution as well as best in class run and maintain programs. His ability to anticipate challenges and help with right size solutions has consistently delivered measurable business value.
As a proven leader, Jered has directed and developed high-performing technical and sales teams, driving customer ROI through value-added projects and best-practice gap analyses. His leadership style blends technical rigor with business acumen, ensuring that innovation and performance improvements translate into sustainable competitive advantage for clients and stakeholders.
Jered earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University, with minors in Environmental Engineering and Microbiology, and holds a Business Leadership Development certificate from Texas A&M’s Mays School of Business.
