His leadership spans more than 40 countries across 6 continents, where he has consistently delivered sustained financial, operational, and organizational impact.
Kevin’s core capabilities include architecting and implementing large-scale operational excellence programs, redesigning and streamlining organizations, and aligning technology with business strategy to unlock measurable value. He has led multi-site refinery and petrochemical transformations generating significant improvements in yield, energy efficiency, reliability, and cost performance — often delivering eight- and nine-figure annual value creation. His approach emphasizes sustainable results through capability development and workforce engagement, ensuring improvements are embedded and maintained by site teams.
In addition, Kevin brings deep expertise in digital transformation and technology commercialization.
